Inspiring Barrow Kickstart Programme
Year 8 students from Walney School, Furness Academy and St Bernard’s took part in the Inspiring Barrow Kickstart programme this term where the worked to improve their Communication, resilience , teamwork and confidence. In addition to this they embarked on a campaign to support the local foodbank with a poster campaign. They came up with the ideas and worked in collaboration with Oxley Development inc of Ulverston who produced them. These are the posters they designed:
